Dear All,
This is our third round of consultation exhibitions and events about the proposed development of new homes on the Aintree Estate.
These new homes are to replace the recently demolished Hartopp Point and Lannoy Point tower blocks.
We are still developing our designs and we want to invite you to our third round of consultation before we submit a planning application early next year:
We will use the next round of comments to refine our designs further before we submit a planning application. We will continue to record your feedback so that we can show how your comments have been considered. We will capture this in our Statement of Community Involvement. This report will form part of the formal planning application submission. Anyone can make further comments on the proposal as part of the planning application process.
You are invited to the third in our series of public consultation events. We expect this to be the last consultation stage before a planning application for the proposal is submitted in early 2022.
The project team will be hosting an online public consultation via Zoom on Thursday 25th November:
We will also be holding an in-person, drop-in event on Saturday 27th November at Sir John Lillie Primary School, 245 Lillie Rd, London, SW6 7LN. You can meet the team from 12.00 pm – 4.00 pm.
This is a step-free venue, and we will be taking the necessary measures to ensure we meet all COVID precautions.
Access to the in-person event is via the school entrance on Lillie Road (via the gate next to the zebra crossing on Lillie Road).
Thank you for getting involved and we hope to see you during the third round of consultation events.
If you have any questions please get in touch with us at aintreeestate@newmanfrancis.org or telephone us on 0800 644 6040.
Best wishes,
The Hartopp and Lannoy Project Team
